Become an Exhibitor

During our annual training conference, CHIA provides its members a unique opportunity to network, compare investigative techniques, and share the latest technologies that companies have to offer with some of the best investigators and prosecutors in the country. This is a great opportunity to showcase your company’s products and/or services at this year’s conference to a number of different investigators/agencies at one time. Whether you’re interested in becoming a sponsor or just exhibiting your products, CHIA offers a wide variety of options that meets your showcase needs.

By displaying the latest enhancements in information technology, digital forensics, crime scene processing, and other investigative techniques, CHIA offers companies an opportunity through sponsorships and being an exhibitor/vendor to generate leads, build relationships and create future sales through our members and the numerous law enforcement agencies they represent.

The vendor registration consists of a six foot skirted table, two chairs and an electrical outlet plug. The size is approximately 8'x10' with no back-drops; and corner spots are available which are usually reserved for larger displays (10'x10' display would fit here).

The sponsor/vendor area is located in the Summerlin Ballroom which is next to the conference. To help the vendors maximize their exposure to our membership, CHIA has coordinated having the following activities in/near the same room as the vendor displays:

Raffle prize announcements, displays & pick-up!

Hospitality in Summerlin prior to Comedy Show.

By listening to our vendors from prior years and putting their ideas into place, this has been very well received by both vendors and membership alike. CHIA has also designated scheduled 30 minute break times into our Conference program to help vendors plan for staffing during certain times.
